JetPups Terms of Service

1. Overview

JetPups offers luxury, dog-first air travel experiences. We partner with certified third-party carriers to provide curated flights for dogs and their humans. JetPups does not own or directly operate aircraft.

2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your use of JetPups’ website, app, bookings, concierge services, and communications (“JetPups Service”). Additional terms may apply depending on your route, offers, or special programs.

3. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy applies. By agreeing to these Terms, you accept how we collect and use your personal and pet data.

4. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the JetPups Service after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

5. Eligibility & Representations

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of entering into a contract, and agree that all info you provide (for yourself and your pup) is true and accurate.

6. Account Creation

Account creation is optional unless required for booking. You’re responsible for keeping login details secure; notify us immediately if compromised.

7. Bookings & Payment

Bookings are subject to availability. You must provide accurate information and pay in full at booking unless otherwise specified. Prices and fees are subject to change.

8. Fees, Taxes & Currency

Quoted prices include any stated fees and taxes, in the currency shown. Any legally required withholdings are your responsibility.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by fare type and route. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel. No-shows or incomplete required docs result in no refund.

10. Required Documentation

You must provide valid ID for humans and required documents for dogs (vaccines, health forms, microchip, etc.). Failure to present valid papers may lead to denied boarding without refund.

11. Conduct & Safety

We aim for a calm and respectful cabin environment. Aggressive or disruptive behavior by pets or humans may lead to removal from the flight and future travel bans.

12. Third-Party Sites & Services

Our Service may link to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms and policies before use.

13. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform. Don’t scrape data or build a competing service based on JetPups’ tools.

14. JetPups’ Enforcement Rights

We reserve the right to monitor, restrict, suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, for any reason.

15. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform features within JetPups are proprietary. You’re granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Service in compliance with these Terms.

16. Warranty Disclaimer

The JetPups Service is provided “as-is.” We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—except those required by law.

17. Liability Limitations

To the extent allowed by law, JetPups is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct claims won’t exceed $50.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify JetPups and its partners against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

19. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited, disputes will be resolved individually through binding arbitration under JAMS rules. You can opt out within 30 days of your first account creation.

20. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by California law. Any arbitration or court proceedings occur in San Francisco County, California, unless arbitration requires otherwise.

21. Assignment

JetPups may assign these Terms; you may not. The Terms are binding on successors and permitted assigns.

22. Severability & Waiver

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be removed without affecting the remainder. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver.
